  • Where do you source your stock from?
    We have an expert team with years of experience who trawl the world looking for last season clearence products.  All our brands are genuine, as they come from genuine retailers and wholesalers. 
  • Why is it so cheap?
    Because we buy in bulk,  and also capatilise on the different seasons in the Northern and Southern hemisphere.  This means, when the Northern hemisphere no longer wants Jackets, here in New Zealand we do.
  • What if the size doesn't fit me?
    Simply send it back and we can do one of the three following: 1. Send you a new size if we have one available. 2. Give you a store credit for the same amount 3.   • Do you ship direct from New Zealand?
    Yes, once stock is listed on our site it means we have it sitting in our warehouse.

  • Can I use more than one voucher code per order?
    If you have a voucher code we can only accept one code per order. Codes are only valid for orders sent to NZ addresses. 
  • Can I use more than one promotion per order?
    Unless otherwise stated, you can only score one promotion at a time. For example if we have a 2 for 1 promo going, you will not be able to use a free shipping voucher.
  • Why is my order on hold?
  • a) There could be an issue with your order and we have been trying to contact you. b) If there are any issues with orders where pricing hasn't calculated correctly we have the right to hold the order until full payment is received. We will contact you in this instance and place your order on hold. Either way, please get in touch with us to resolve this as soon as possible.
  • What is  your privacy policy?
    Everyone hates spam, thats why we do all we can to keep all information about you confidential and will not be used in ways that you have not consented.  There is no way we will sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party.  The only way information would be given to a third party is if it is necessary to comply with the law, legal process or in the event of a merger. 
  • Can I layby my order?
    We do offer a layby option of payment, however standard layby terms and conditions apply. Laybys run for 4 weeks only. A non-refundable 20% deposit (20% of the total order) must be paid to secure the layby. If the layby is cancelled, we will keep the entire 20% deposit. Laybys are payable by bank deposit only and are limited to NZ customers. When you place your order, choose the bank transfer option, pay your minimum 20% deposit and then email us at info@lastseason.co.nz and let us know you would like to layby your order.
  • How are your NOT prices calculated?
    In accordance with the Commerce Commission, our NOT prices are calculated by either:
    1. - NZ RRP on the tag
    2. - We have found a comparable product elsewhere in NZ
    3. - We have found a comparable product overseas and converted the exchange rate and added G.S.T
    In either case it is stated on the product details page under that price exactly how we calculate the NOT price.
