FINAL SALE:  Anything marked Final Sale means its at our final sale price and therefore we are normally losing money. 

SAMPLE STOCK:  Anything marked Sample Stock means its at our final sale price. 

With FINAL SALE or SAMPLE STOCK  we can not issue refunds for these items.  You can however exchange (but you must pay for shipping, normally we pay to ship the first exchange, but when prices are this low we can't cover it sorry) or you can return for store credit - email returns@lastseason.co.nz if you have any queries. 

We are unable to accept underwear or bikinis for exchange or refund. 

Ordering is Easy & Risk Free!

Take the worry out of online shopping.  Here at Last Season you can exchange/return any item that's not right and we’ll either exchange it for a different size or refund your money**.  Whatever suits you.  Simple.

Items $15 and under are not eligible for a refund - store credits and exchanges are welcome on those items. 

We aim to keep this as stress free for you as possible.  We abide by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are not happy with ANY aspect of your experience with Last Season let us know!  

 

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Click here if you can't find a replacement item on the site and would simply like a refund.

Exchanges are possible 30 days from date of purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item, you have two options

 

Option 1
Buy correct item, then return item for refund

This is the fastest way to get your new item back to you. Also cheapest as you can add a return courier bag to your order for only $5.99

  1. Email us at returns@lastseason.co.nz and let us know what you are returning and your reasons.
  2. Please browse our site and purchase the correct item.
  3. Purchase a return courier bag click here to purchase (this will be sent out with your new order and will be cheaper than using any other courier service)
  4. Pay for your order (You will be refunded when we receive your original order back)
  5. When you receive your new order, it will include the pre-paid bag (if you have purchased one). You can place your unwanted items in there and either give back to the same courier driver, or call 0800 COURIER and have them pick it up.
  6. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging or boxes. We are not able to accept damaged goods.
  7. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the returned items and process your refund back to the original payment method used within 24 hours.


Option 2
Return item, then buy new item

This is not as quick as Option 1 and is also slightly more costly and time consuming. BUT you won't have to pay for the goods twice.

  • Please email us at returns@lastseason.co.nz and let us know what you are returning and your reasons.
  • If you would like to exchange your items, you will need to find the items you want by browsing our site using the menus above and adding everything you want to your cart.
  • You will then have to place the order but only select "Bank Transfer" as the payment method.
  • Returns will give you a unique free shipping voucher you can use here. This will entitle you to free shiping on this order only as we send the first exchange back to you for free. Please select the "Free Shipping" Option.
  • THIS PROCESS IS JUST TO HOLD THE STOCK SO IT DOESN'T SELL OUT. THERE IS NO NEED TO PAY ANYTHING IF IT'S A STRAIGHT EXCHANGE.
  • Please note, if the items you are exchanging cost more, then this will need to be paid before we send the new items. If the items cost less, then we will refund the difference back to you once the items are received back.
  • Once the order is confirmed, please pack all items with your invoice (if not included this will delay processing) in a secure bag/box or reuse the original courier bag/box.
  • Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging or boxes. We are not able to accept damaged goods.
  • Address the parcel to:

  • Please no drop offs to this address
  • If your return item is lost in the post Last Season do not accept responsibility so PLEASE use a traceable method

REFUND PROCESS

Items must be back at our warehouse within 14 days from date of purchase for a refund.

FAULTY RETURNS

If for any reason you receive a faulty item please contact us at returns@lastseason.co.nz You’ll need to let us know your invoice number and explain the fault.  
We will happily send you a replacement if we have one in stock, or if you prefer we will refund your faulty item.  We will endeavour to have your refund processed within 48 hours of receiving; 

If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of $10.00.

**We will only cover the cost of the courier on the first exchange.  If you wish to exchange the new item again, you will need to cover courier costs here.  On our big sales such as "MID-YEAR CLEARANCE" sale, we can't cover the cost of the courier back to you.  We will still allow the exchange, but you would have to pay for the new item to be shipped back to you.
