You can return any item bought online or at one of our travelling sale expo's within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. We'll include return shipping for FREE!*
Send us an email stating what you would like to return and if you would like a store credit or refund then simply send the item back to us using the included shipping label. Once we receive the item we will either credit your account or issue a refund...Done!
2. Add the items you are wishing to purchase to your cart.
3. Click the 'My Account' button up the top right-hand corner of the page
4. There will be a button below the words "My Account" that says "Store Credit"
5. Click the button that says "Store Credit" a pop up will then appear.
6. Please select how much store credit you would like to use OR if you wish to use all your store credit tick "I would like to use all my credit today"
7. Then click "Proceed to checkout" and check out as normal.
Returns Policy / Term's & Conditions
* SALE PRODUCTS: Any product that is currently in a 'Sale' or 'Clearance' or marked with 'FINAL SALE' means that its at our final sale price and therefore we are normally losing money. These items are not eligible for refund however we will accept returns on these items for store credit, with the cost of return deducted from the store credit. Bikini's and underwear are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty. Items under $15 are not eligible for a refund, store credit will be issued unless there is a fault with the item. Last Season abides by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are not happy with ANY aspect of your experience with Last Season please let us know! Contact us here.
